yoga for a cause

A benefit for the Women’s Empowerment Legal Center (WELC)

October 29th @ Hotel King William

For domestic violence survivors, the transformative power of yoga serves as a sanctuary for healing and empowerment. Through gentle movements and mindful breathing, yoga cultivates a safe space for survivors to reconnect with their inner strength and regain a sense of control. It offers a therapeutic pathway, guiding individuals towards emotional resilience and fostering a renewed sense of self-worth. As survivors embrace the tranquility of each pose, they embark on a journey of self-discovery, gradually restoring a harmonious balance between mind, body, and spirit.

This event is sponsored by the Branch Law Firm and supports the Women’s Empowerment Legal Center (WELC). All proceeds and donations will support protective orders and legal services provided by WELC.
